Our Team
Naomi Tongue
Naomi has been a scout for almost twenty years. Before launching TLS at the beginning of 2021, she worked for twelve years at one of the UK’s leading literary scouting agencies, for publishers in fifteen territories, as well as a number of UK-based film & television companies.
Founder
Emma Winter
Emma joined TLS in May 2021. As an international rights agent, she started working with best-selling authors and brands in 2013, including for the Darley Anderson Literary, TV & Film Agency and Pan Macmillan. Emma was mostly recently Senior Foreign Rights Manager at Janklow & Nesbit, where she handled translation rights across all the major markets.
